These Terms are written in English and the English version is the governing text. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version prevails in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Clause 1

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 92ok, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers on 92ok under any circumstances.

92ok reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any balance pending KYC completion.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Verification

Registration on 92ok creates a single player account tied to your verified identity. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

  • Each individual may hold only one active account on 92ok. If a second account is identified, both accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated through the duplicate account may be voided.
  • Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered mobile number. 92ok may request additional documentation at its discretion.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with any third party. 92ok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
  • You must notify 92ok support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised. 92ok may temporarily restrict account activity while investigating a security report.
  • Account details including name, date of birth, and registered mobile number cannot be changed after verification without submitting a formal identity change request to 92ok support and providing updated supporting documentation.

92ok reserves the right to close any account that it determines, in its reasonable judgment, to have been registered using false or misleading information, to be operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 1, or to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Clause 3

Deposits

92ok accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services and payment methods. All deposits are credited to your 92ok account balance in BDT with no platform-side conversion or fee:

Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, however 92ok may apply account-level deposit caps for responsible gaming purposes.

Processing Speed

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 92ok account within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction is marked as failed by your payment provider but funds have been deducted from your mobile wallet, contact 92ok support with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt a repeat transaction until the original has been investigated.

92ok does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the 92ok account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount may be returned to the originating payment account and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Clause 4

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Players are encouraged to read these conditions before placing wagers to ensure they understand the withdrawal process in full:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the player's account balance.
  • KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not completed KYC will be prompted to submit verification documents upon their first withdrawal request. 92ok targets KYC review completion within 24 hours of document submission.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 92ok may require withdrawal to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number used for deposits as an anti-money laundering control.
  • 92ok targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
  • Any bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically. Only cleared, wagering-complete funds form part of the withdrawable balance.

92ok reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 92ok may request additional documentation and will communicate the reason for delay to the player in writing where required by applicable standards.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

92ok offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and cashback promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
  • Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial play pattern to exploit bonus terms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by registering duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
  • Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your 92ok account. Where a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated wagering-incomplete winnings may be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi calendar events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL final week may carry unique terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Standard bonus terms apply where no specific terms are stated.

Clause 6

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 92ok operate under the rules and certification frameworks of their respective game providers. 92ok does not operate its own game RNG — all game outcomes are determined by the certified systems of providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and NetEnt. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

  • In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a round, 92ok reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed on that round to the player's account balance.
  • Sports betting wagers are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) after the match or event has concluded. 92ok follows industry standard rules for void bets, abandoned matches, and events affected by force majeure.

Clause 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92ok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

  • Creating or operating more than one account on 92ok, whether under the same identity or under a different name, address, or mobile number, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
  • Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity. 92ok cooperates with applicable financial intelligence and law enforcement requirements.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any aspect of the 92ok platform in a manner that circumvents normal player interaction.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live dealer table games where player decisions affect other participants at the same table.
  • Providing false, forged, or altered documentation in connection with the KYC verification process, or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location for the purpose of accessing the platform or claiming a bonus.
  • Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 92ok staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any communication channel available through the platform, including live chat, email, and game chat interfaces.

92ok may report suspected illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, identity fraud, and underage gambling, to relevant authorities. Players engaging in prohibited conduct waive any right to confidentiality with respect to the information reported.

Clause 8

Account Suspension and Termination

92ok may suspend or permanently close a player account in the circumstances described in this clause. Where an account is closed by 92ok for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method:

  • Accounts may be suspended immediately and without notice where 92ok has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the financial integrity of the platform.
  • Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 92ok will complete its investigation within a reasonable period and communicate the outcome to the player. If the investigation concludes no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance released.
  • Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 92ok support. Where a voluntary closure is requested with an active bonus, the bonus will be forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC completion.
  • Self-exclusion requests received through the responsible gaming tools in a player's account settings will result in immediate account deactivation for the duration specified. During self-exclusion, deposits will be blocked and marketing communications will be suspended.

Following permanent account closure initiated by 92ok for a proven breach of these Terms, the player forfeits any balance remaining in the account. 92ok will retain records of the closure and the circumstances surrounding it in accordance with its data retention policy.

Clause 9

Responsible Gaming

  • Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinite duration are available. This is a protective measure, not a punitive one, and any real-money balance will be returned to the player in full.

Clause 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 92ok's liability to any player is limited as follows:

  • 92ok is not liable for any loss of winnings or loss of opportunity to wager caused by platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures outside 92ok's reasonable control.
  • 92ok is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of their participation in gaming activities on the platform. All gaming involves risk and players accept that risk when choosing to participate.
  • 92ok will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage, even if 92ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 92ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 92ok's negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

Where 92ok is found liable despite the limitations set out in this clause, 92ok's maximum aggregate liability to a player for all claims arising from a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Clause 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92ok platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software, is the intellectual property of 92ok or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 92ok content without prior written permission from 92ok.
